Sanjay Khanduri is the Portfolio Manager and founding partner of Silver Spring Capital, where he has been actively involved in substantial cross-border infrastructure investments spanning China, India, Africa, and the APAC region. Before establishing Silver Spring Capital, Sanjay served as a Derivatives trader, engaging in options, exotics, and structures trading for Standard Chartered Bank in Asia. Additionally, he has provided seed and venture funding for companies in biotech and internet technology, focusing on genome-based oncology research, and ventures in property tech and online-bill aggregation & payment space. Prior to his ventures in finance, Sanjay worked in IT consulting, leading significant hi-tech business transformation projects at Citigroup and Infosys Technologies in the areas of treasury, payments, and telecom infrastructure. Sanjay holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU. He has co-chaired the Wharton Global Forum in Hong Kong and conducts guest lectures in quantitative finance and valuation at IIM Lucknow.
